    Dirty Boxing with Muay Thai & Kickboxing concepts with Trapping Skills concepts (JKD/Wing Chun), lots of focus mitts for self defense goals.

  • Affiliated FMS Students with IDSC membership: $10 per class (Children until 13), $15 per class (Adults 14+)

  • Price: $20 per class (no IDSC membership)

  • 1 initial introduction free class in private (45m)

  4. Online Private Lessons with Chief Master Pinto:

  • $40/hr. for 1 or 2 people

  • Package of 10 Online Lessons: $400 for 1 or 2 people
